I was born in Bay St. Louis, MS, although I have spent most of my life in Louisiana. I moved back to the MS Gulf Coast in 1993 where I have remained ever since. While raising my three children on the MS Gulf Coast I became interested in real estate as an investment. My interest soon led to my purchasing and managing rental properties beginning in 2001. In 2017 my life changed drastically and I had to figure out what to do from that point on. I've always had an interest in the real estate business so I expanded my knowledge in the field by becoming a licensed real estate agent, and then went on to receive my brokers license. The beginning of 2020 was another turning point in my life. I wanted to start my own company based on truly helping people in buying and selling their property, walking them through the process from the beginning to end.
Here at Premier One Realty Group our goal is to go above and beyond our clients expectations, making the process of buying or selling as easy as possible.
My name is Stephon Smith and I was born and raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. My father was in the Military, but I mostly attended Gulfport High School and ended up graduating from Harrison Central High School in 2005. I moved to Colorado for a while after high school, before returning to the Gulf Coast. Once returning, I decided to get my Realtor’s license and have been in the Real Estate business for over a decade, specializing in working with buyers and sellers, with expert knowledge of the current market conditions on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
I am also a licensed insurance broker and am Broker/Owner of “Insurance One Shop” with a specialty in Homeowners and Life Insurance. I am a loving husband and a devoted father to my two children. I never mind going above and beyond for my clients, both in Real Estate and Insurance.
My name is Yolanda Galloway. I am a native of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and graduate from Harrison Central High School. After graduation, I attended Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College on an athletic scholarship then relocated to California for some time. After returning to the Gulf Coast, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Southeastern Louisiana University then went on to earn my master’s degree in Social Work from Southern University in New Orleans. Over the course of my 16 years as a Social Worker, I have enjoyed working with many clients and families helping them to meet each individual need.
For me, real estate is similar in so many ways. I get the opportunity to use my great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in which I am well known for. My passion for real estate goes as far back to my youth, admiring those immaculate homes listed in the magazines comparing the different layouts and wishing I could buy one of those dream homes. Well the bright side to it now, is that I can help someone with finding their dream home. When I am not helping the Gulf Coast home buyers/sellers, I enjoy spending time with my family, bowling, billiards, and officiating basketball games for the MHSAA and recreation leagues. I look forward to helping and assisting you with your home buying needs.
My name is Abenna Benson and I am
a licensed Realtor who primarily represents the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Coming to the Gulf Coast as an eclectic Mississippi traveler, I (a wife of 40 years and mother of 38 years), was born and raised in Brookhaven MS (aka Home Seekers Paradise). I graduated as a biologist from Jackson State University, and operated 3 salons as a Licensed Cosmetologist in Brookhaven, McComb, and Hattiesburg, finally arriving over 25 years ago to the Mississippi Gulf Coast as a HRC and CPU contractor at the Naval Construction Battalion Center and Keesler AFB. All of my travels in summation allows me to evaluate the evolution of the real estate market in South Mississippi; a market which I believe is rapidly expanding and remains in transition.
My trademark character is all about listening very carefully to my clients; always endeavoring to deeply comprehend their needs and wants; diligently working to help them arrive at the place they proudly call home.
My name is Christina Jackson and I was born here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Following my graduation from Pass Christian High School in 2001, I moved to Pennsylvania to be with my father for his final days before cancer took him home. Except for traveling the states a bit when I was young, I was raised here on the MS Gulf Coast. I have worked most of my adult life as a commercial business manager, which fueled my passion for working with the public. My drive to help others inspired me to become a licensed realtor and help people buy and sell homes and property. I have always been in awe of the beauty on the MS Gulf Coast and the beautiful southern architecture. My goal is to find abandoned properties and bring them back to life by renovating them and refurbishing them back to their original beauty. In my free time I enjoy photography, hiking, being outdoors, creating art and spending time with my three children. My passion for helping others excites me in assisting my clients in purchasing and selling properties. I look forward to working with you!
